Bellator 193 live

The Bellator 193: Larkin vs. Gonzalez line-up is finalized following a rocky weigh-in on Thursday in Temecula, Calif. Bellator 193 takes place at the Pechanga Resort and Casino and is headlined by a catchweight bout between Lorenz Larkin and Fernando Gonzalez.

Though their bout had been agreed to be at a 180-pound catchweight, Gonzalez still missed the mark for the Bellator 193 headlining bout with Larkin, who hit the mark dead-on. It marks the third consecutive bout for which Gonzalez has missed the mark.

Gonzalez was fined 20-percent of his fight purse, according to a report by Half of the fine goes to Larkin, while the other half goes to the California State Athletic Commission. If Gonzalez wins the bout, under the new rules instituted in California, he would then forfeit 20-percent of his win bonus to Larkin.

Bellator 192 live

Bellator 192 takes place Saturday, January 20 live from The Forum in Los Angeles, CA. In the main event, Chael Sonnen and Rampage Jackson kick off the opening round of the Bellator World Heavyweight Grand Prix 2018. The co-main event, meanwhile, sees Canada’s ‘Red King,’ Rory MacDonald, take on welterweight champion Douglas Lima. Lima has flown under the radar with casual fans, but has become a legitimate threat to anything in the 170lb division.

Also on the card, former lightweight champion Michael Chandler returns to action following the heart-breaking loss of his title to Brent Primus from an injury. Chandler, in his first fight back after that Bellator NYC title fight, will face Goiti Yamauchi. Bellator CEO Scott Coker has suggested the winner of Chandler vs. Yamauchi will be next in line for the title, but Chandler has told Cageside Press that he has other ideas in mind.

Bellator MMA will host its 186th event from the Bryce Jordan Center in University Park, Penn.

In the night’s main event, newly crowned light heavyweight champion Ryan Bader makes the first defense of his title against England’s Linton Vassell. The action kicks off Friday with a live preliminary card stream above at 7 p.m. ET. The main card follows on Spike TV at 9 p.m. ET.

The fighters hit the scales at 5 p.m. ET on Thursday. A live video feed (courtesy of Bellator MMA) appears above, while the results appear below
