Warriors vs Mavericks live

the Golden State Warriors (29-8) will finally get back to work tonight. The last time the Warriors were in action, they dropped a season-high 141 points on the Memphis Grizzlies with Stephen Curry putting on a dazzling performance on his return. The two-time MVP led the way with 38 points in just 26 minutes of action as he went 13-of-17 from the field and a sizzling 10-of-13 from beyond the arc.

Curry will continue to play on a minutes restriction against the Mavs as he slowly works his way back from a sprained ankle. Speaking of sprains, Draymond Green is questionable to play in Dallas after tweaking his ankle.

Green could be a big miss as the Warriors face the streaking Dallas Mavericks (13-25), who extended their season-best winning streak with a 116-113 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder. Of the Mavs’ four straight wins, three have come on the road.

Mavs have looked legit over their recent four-game winning run. They have been so much more efficient on offense, which bodes well for their chances of finally keeping it close against the Warriors after two double-digit defeats. As great as Golden State obviously are, the Mavs deserve much more respect as nine-point home underdogs.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are 4-0 straight up and against the spread in their last four road games against the Boston Celtics. The Cavaliers will try to pick up another road win over the top seed in the Eastern Conference on Wednesday night in Boston.

Cleveland Cavaliers (25-12) will try to stop a three-game winning streak for the Boston Celtics (30-10) on Wednesday when they pay a visit to TD Garden.

The Cavaliers will not have former Celtic Isaiah Thomas on the court, though, despite him making his 2017/18 debut on Tuesday and scoring 17 points in 19 minutes of a 127-110 home win over the Portland Trail Blazers.

Cleveland ended a three-game skid as Thomas made his debut, and he will avoid the drama of a Boston return here in an effort to stay healthy after returning from a hip injury.

the Philadelphia 76ers’ bench when he was traded to the Brooklyn Nets on Dec. 7, but that didn’t mean he was seeing any game action.

After making his debut with the team a week later on Dec. 15, Okafor has been cheering from the sidelines as he’s worked his way to get back into game shape while learning the Nets’ playbook.

It looks as though the Nets are ready to unleash the young center as he is expected to return to the lineup on Wednesday night against the Minnesota Timberwolves (7:30 PM, YES Network).

Despite being all but written off in Philadelphia after the 76ers stockpiled young talents like Joel Embiid, Dario Saric and Ben Simmons, the No. 3 pick of the 2015 draft is still just 22 years old

Knicks vs Wizards

Knicks vs Wizards live

The Wizards’ season so far has been characterized by steep ups and downs, taking a step forward only to quickly take a step back. On Wednesday against the Knicks, the Wizards will attempt to do something they have not accomplished since Nov. 15: win three games in a row. This is the fourth time during that span, about seven weeks, that they have won two straight. But in each of their previous three chances to win a third, they have lost and twice to bad teams (Clippers and Hawks).

The Wizards have won seven of their last 10 games, their best 10-game stretch of the season. And they have won seven of their last eight at home. Things are looking up and winning three straight for the first time in a while would be another step in the right direction.

Wizards have caught fire from long range in recent games. They have hit 16 threes or more in two straight games and in three of their last five. In their last two games, the Wizards have set and then tied a franchise record with 36 three attempts in a game.

Bradley Beal is 10-for-19 in his last two games. Otto Porter is 16-for-30 in his last five outings. Kelly Oubre, Jr. is 12-for-25 in his last five games and Markieff Morris is 7-for-15 in his last eight.
